He started his career at Crown Lift Trucks and Raymond Handling Solutions, where he gained expertise in conveyor systems, pallet racking, and automation. Over the years, he has designed, deployed, and implemented over $350M+ in material handling systems, specializing in multi-level picking solutions, ASRS, robotics, and conveyance systems.
Under Steve’s leadership, Zone 4 has grown from a small mechanical installation firm into a nationwide leader in full-service warehouse automation installations, on track to exceed $100 million in annual revenue. His focus on turnkey installations, safety, and operational excellence continues to drive Zone 4’s rapid expansion.
Doug Dragovich

Rico Martinez

Rico has overseen the company’s transformation from a mechanical installation provider to a full-service electrical and automation expert. His leadership ensures seamless project execution, strong customer relationships, and continuous process improvements across all business units.

Drew Forte
Senior Vice President, Business Development & Client Relations

Drew Forte leads business development, sales strategy, and brand positioning at Zone 4. A seasoned supply chain executive, Drew has spent 25+ years consulting, implementing, and managing over $500M+ in material handling solutions.
His expertise spans WMS/WCS technologies, ASRS systems, robotics, and complex conveyor/sortation solutions. Drew’s strategic leadership has been instrumental in forging key partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding Zone 4’s presence in new markets.
