Role Purpose

The Automated Rack Installer is responsible for the safe and accurate installation of industrial racking systems and automation equipment.

Scope of Responsibility

  • Install rack systems and structural components
  • Work in a collaborative team environment
  • Operate scissor lifts, forklift and utilize construction tools
  • Work at heights using fall protection
  • Read blueprints, installation drawings and follow verbal instructions
  • Maintain safe and organized work environments
  • Communicate collaboratively with team and supervisor

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and teamwork
  • Ability to interpret and follow blueprints
  • Willingness to travel nationwide
  • Ability to lift 40–50+ lbs
  • Comfort working at heights, standing, kneeling for extended periods of time
  • Basic construction experience
  • OSHA 10 Preferred
  • Bilingual Prefered

Responsabilidades

  • Instalar sistemas de estanterías y componentes estructurales
  • Trabajar en un entorno de equipo colaborativo
  • Operar plataformas elevadoras de tijera y montacargas, y utilizar herramientas de construcción
  • Trabajar en alturas utilizando equipos de protección contra caídas
  • Leer planos y diagramas de instalación, y seguir instrucciones verbales
  • Mantener entornos de trabajo seguros y organizados
  • Comunicarse de manera colaborativa con el equipo y el supervisor

Requisitos

  • Sólida ética de trabajo y capacidad para trabajar en equipo
  • Capacidad para interpretar y seguir planos
  • Disposición para viajar a nivel nacional
  • Capacidad para levantar más de 40-50 libras
  • Comodidad para trabajar en alturas, así como de pie o de rodillas durante periodos prolongados
  • Experiencia básica en construcción
  • OSHA 10 Preferre
  • Se prefiere bilingüe
